Terms of Service.

These terms apply to Creators United services, including our website and CUOS platform.
Our services
Creators United Ltd provides creator representation, influencer marketing, campaign coordination, youth academy commercial opportunities including shirt sponsorship, former-player broadcasting talent, and related digital services. This includes our secure CUOS platform. We may change, suspend or discontinue features when needed.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, keep login credentials secure and not share account access with unauthorised people. We may suspend or terminate access where there is misuse or a security risk.
Creator relationships and commercial terms
Representation opportunities, fees, commission, payment terms and campaign deliverables are subject to separately agreed written terms. We do not guarantee the volume, value or outcome of brand opportunities, campaign performance or earnings.
CUOS and social integrations
CUOS gives authorised users access to account tools, campaign management, content-to-campaign linking, campaign metrics, invoicing, analytics and profile management. If you connect a social account via OAuth, you confirm you have authority to do so and authorise access to the permitted API data. We do not store social platform passwords. Third-party platforms control their availability, APIs and data, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or complete accuracy of their data.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
You must not use our website, CUOS or related services unlawfully; attempt unauthorised access; upload malicious material; disrupt the service; or copy, reverse engineer or commercially exploit our systems or content without written permission. Creators retain ownership of their own content unless separately agreed.
Liability and governing law
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, third-party platform changes, or outcomes outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for services is limited to the fees paid to us in the preceding 12 months, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
